REPORT OF HISTORICAL SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAM FACULTY OF CULTURAL SCIENCES UDAYANA UNIVERSITY AND NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Activity Objectives:

 

The Service Facility and Utilization of Static Archives activities are carried out with the aim of establishing cooperation between the History Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University and the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the facilitation of ANRI's services and archives.

 

Activity Summary:

 

On December 9, 2022, in the FIB senate meeting room, the Service Facility and Utilization of Static Archives activities were carried out, attended by 20 students of the Historical Science study program offline. The event began with an opening by the MC in charge then continued with a prayer by each belief. Furthermore, remarks by the Coordinator of the History Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, Ms. A.A. Inten Asmariati, S.S., M.Si, which was then followed by remarks from the representative of the Indonesian National Archives, Mr. Dr. M. Taufik M.Si and the last remarks by the Deputy Dean II, Dr. Ni Made Suryati M. Hum. representing the Dean who was unable to attend as well as opening the event. Next was a group photo followed by the handing over of mementos from the Indonesian National Archives to the Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Udayana University and from the History Study Program to the Indonesian National Archives.

The event was then continued with a presentation on the Service Facility and Utilization of Static Archives which was guided by Dr. Drs. I Nyoman Sukiada, M.Hum as the moderator and presentation of the material by Dr. M. Taufik M.Sc. and Mrs. Dra. Retno Wulandari, M.Hum. as a representative of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. After the presentation of the material then followed by a discussion session. Then the event was returned to the MC which was then closed by the MC on duty.
