Field Research Practice for Library Science and Archival Studies

Students of the History Study Program at Udayana University conducted a Field Research Practice as part of the Library Science and Archival Studies course, taught by Putri Maya Masyitah, S.S., M.Hum. The activity was held at the Denpasar City Library and Archives Office on May 21, 2026.

Through this activity, students gained hands-on experience in understanding library and archival management, including preservation processes, collection management, and the use of archival materials as sources for historical research. The activity is expected to strengthen students’ understanding of the importance of libraries and archives as essential sources for historical research.
