Prof. Dr. Phil. I Ketut Ardhana, M.A. Serves as Speaker at the 30th Anniversary Conference, Thammasat University, Thailand
The Study Program of History, Universitas Udayana, once again demonstrates its active role on the international stage. One of its distinguished professors, Prof. Dr. Phil. I Ketut Ardhana, M.A., served as a speaker at the 30th Anniversary Conference Organizing Committee, held on 13–14 November 2025 at The Institute of East Asian Studies, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, Thailand.
This prestigious academic event brought together leading experts in history, area studies, and international relations from various countries across Asia and Europe to discuss the development and transformation of East Asian studies in a global context. Prof. Ardhana’s participation represents a significant contribution from Indonesian scholars to international academic dialogue, particularly in the fields of Southeast Asian history and regional studies.
During his session, Prof. Ardhana presented key insights on the development of Asian studies in Indonesia, emphasizing the relevance of multidisciplinary approaches in contemporary historical research. He also highlighted the importance of international academic collaboration in strengthening regional understanding and expanding research networks.
Prof. Ardhana’s involvement in this conference not only strengthened the position of Universitas Udayana within the international academic community but also opened new opportunities for collaboration with universities and research institutions across Asia.
