Learning Evaluation Report Odd Semester Academic Year 2022/2023

The Monitoring and Evaluation activity of the Lecturer Learning process is carried out in order to obtain actual data and information related to the learning provided by the lecturers during one semester. With this data, the process of assessing, supervising and controlling the quality of lecturer learning can continue to be carried out, monitored and evaluated as the quality assurance work cycle called PPEPP (penetapan standar, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pengendalian, dan peningkatan standar). From the results of this monitoring and evaluation, improvements and improvements in the quality of lecturer learning can be controlled and evaluated, and in the end the quality and quality aspects of lecturer learning are guaranteed. As in the provisions of the duties and functions of lecturers in learning, the results of this monitoring and evaluation are important to support the assurance of learning quality starting from preparation, implementation, to evaluation.


This learning monitoring and evaluation (Monev) activity will be held starting in September 2022. This learning monitoring and evaluation activity is essentially carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely: preparation, implementation and reporting. The preparation stage begins with internal consultation and discussion to implement 4 Odd Semester Learning Monitoring and Evaluation in 2022, including the formation of a monitoring and evaluation implementation team and proposing it to the Dean to create a Committee Decree. Then continued with a preparatory meeting and coordination between all monitoring and evaluation committees. The monitoring and evaluation implementation stage uses an online survey method using Google Form. The online form is sent directly to all students, so that it can be filled in according to their respective assessments. Most of the forms contain closed questions, although open question space is still provided as a place for students to provide suggestions.
