KSS 2026 Historical Site Visit in Budakeling, Karangasem

The History Study Program at Udayana University organized the KSS 2026, beginning with a participant briefing on February 12, 2026, followed by a field visit on February 14–15, 2026, in Budakeling Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali.

Through this activity, students conducted direct observations of various historical and cultural sites, engaged in discussions with local resource persons, and explored the history and social dynamics of the Budakeling community. The activity aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of local history through field-based learning while fostering greater awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage.
