Inaugural Meeting of the Coordinator of the History Study Program Discusses Handover of Duties and Development Plans

On Monday, January 12, 2026, the History Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Udayana University, held its inaugural meeting with the newly appointed Coordinator of the Study Program. The meeting was conducted as part of the handover of duties and the discussion of development plans for the History Study Program under the new leadership.

During the meeting, the Coordinator of the History Study Program, Prof. Dr. Phil. I Ketut Ardhana, M.A., presented the policy directions and development strategies of the program, which were prepared in a structured and systematic manner. The presentation included a comprehensive mapping of academic and institutional agendas for faculty members for the 2026–2029 period, formulated in a clear and well-planned framework.

The proposed development plans encompass the areas of education, research, and community service, with the aim of enhancing academic quality and strengthening the competitiveness of the History Study Program in responding to global dynamics and challenges.

This inaugural meeting is expected to serve as an important initial step in strengthening the governance of the History Study Program and in supporting the sustainable achievement of the program’s vision and mission.
