History Study Program at Universitas Udayana Holds Meeting to Discuss Proposed Candidates for Program Coordinator for the 2026-2029 Period with a Democratic and Deliberative System
The History Study Program at Universitas Udayana held an internal meeting on December 16, 2025, to discuss proposed candidates for the position of Program Coordinator (Koprodi) for the 2026-2029 period. The meeting was conducted with a focus on democratic principles and deliberation to reach a fair and transparent decision.
The meeting was attended by Anak Agung Inten Asmariati, S.S., M.Si., the current Program Coordinator, along with all faculty members in the History Study Program. During the meeting, Inten Asmariati provided an explanation about the selection mechanism for the program coordinator candidates, which will be carried out through open discussions and consensus-based decision-making.
“This election process is being conducted using a democratic system that allows every member of the program to actively participate in selecting the best candidate for the position of program coordinator. We believe that deliberation will lead to the best decision for the advancement of the program,” said Inten Asmariati.
During the meeting, faculty members provided feedback and discussed the proposed candidates for the coordinator position. This process was carried out with transparency and openness, ensuring that the selected candidate would lead the History Study Program at Universitas Udayana toward further development in the 2026-2029 period.
In addition to discussing the program coordinator candidates, the meeting also addressed various other important agenda items, such as curriculum development, academic activities, and the enhancement of research and teaching quality in the History Study Program.
This meeting served as an important moment in fostering a spirit of collaboration and unity within the History Study Program, with the hope that it would result in decisions that will benefit the future development of history education at Universitas Udayana.
