History Study Program at Universitas Udayana Achieves "Excellent" Accreditation Rank from BAN-PT
The History Study Program at Universitas Udayana has achieved the "Excellent" accreditation rank from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT), a remarkable achievement that affirms the high quality of history education at this prestigious institution. This accreditation was announced today, December 18, 2025, as proof of the program's commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
This achievement was earned after the History Study Program underwent a rigorous evaluation process that covered various aspects, including the quality of the curriculum, learning facilities, human resources, and the research output. With the "Excellent" accreditation, the History Study Program at Universitas Udayana strengthens its position as one of the best history programs in Indonesia.
Prof. I Nyoman Aryawibawa, S.S., M.A., Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Studies at Universitas Udayana, expressed his pride in this achievement. “We are very proud and grateful for receiving this Excellent accreditation. This is the result of hard work from all parties involved, including the faculty, students, and administrative staff who have consistently maintained the quality of education at the Faculty of Cultural Studies. We will continue striving to enhance the quality of our teaching to provide the best education for our students,” said Prof. Aryawibawa.
Anak Agung Inten Asmariati, S.S., M.Si., the Coordinator of the History Study Program at Universitas Udayana, also expressed her appreciation. “This accreditation is recognition of the quality of our program in developing critical and relevant historical studies. We are committed to continuing our innovation in curriculum development and research, as well as improving our students' competencies in the field of history,” she stated.
