In general, the purpose of the survey on the level of understanding of the vision and missions of Udayana University is to find out how deep the lecturers, Education personnel, and Students understanding on the Vision and Missions of Udayana University, so that the results can be used as input in determining the following strategies to socialize of understanding of Udayana University's Vision and Missions and the implementation of Udayana University's Vision and Missions in each activity on University Three Main Services.
Based on the results of processing the data of the Understanding Level on Vision and Missions questionnaire and the analysis of the Understanding Level on Vision and Missions, it can be recommended as follows:
More than 75% of Lecturers, Education personnel, and Students already know the Vision and Missions from various media such as Handbooks, Udayana University Letterhead, Udayana University Websites, banners, brochures, or pamphlets, Mass Media, meetings/gatherings on campus, and lecturer handouts. There was 54% from the Udayana University website, 58% from Udayana University Letterhead, and 58% from lecturer handouts, less than other media, therefore it is necessary to increase the embedding of Udayana University's vision and missions in lecturer handouts in lectures and other student activities.
The understanding level of the Vision and Missions of Lecturers, Education personnel, and Students is good (80% and above), but some still do not understand the vision and missions. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the vision, missions, and goals of Udayana University to lecturers, Education personnel, and students.
The vision, missions, and goals of Udayana University have been reflected in the curriculum (75%), learning processes (75%), the performance of leaders (75%), lecturers (72%), and staff (70%). Therefore, study program coordinators within FIB are required to monitor and improve the linkage between the vision, missions, and the curriculum
The Vision, Missions, and Goals of Udayana University have been reflected (more than 70%) in the competencies of lecturers and implemented in lecturers’ and students’ research, as well as the appearance of lecturers and students.
Giving reward and punishment based on the results of an assessment of the understanding of Vision and Missions can be used as an effort to improve performance in the University Three Main Services.
